Our ‘Open Kitchen’ was designed with love by Lauren –  aka mom –  and every square inch of wall space has been filled with treasures from her South African roots, her family and her travels.

Our food is made in the Open Kitchen in small batches and we intentionally keep changing our simple and seasonal menu to showcase our inspirations as they strike. Healthy and delicious food, filled with passion and warmth, layered with texture, and tastes that consistently delight.

What's Going on In Our Open Kitchen? 

Sunday Brunch - Come by on Sunday's and have brunch with us between the hours of 10:30am-2:00pm. Make your own plate with our Harvest Table spread, and enjoy your Sunday in our warm and intimate space.  

Private Brunch - Book our space on a Saturday for a unique, private brunch experience! - Groups of up to 14 people.

Private Dinners - Host a private dinner in our space and enjoy a family style spread. We work individually with you to create a menu custom tailored to your group.

Cooking Classes - Get inspired and hands on in our kitchen learning our style of cooking - Groups of 6-8 people. 

Pick Ups - it’s all about making your life easier. If you don’t feel like cooking, leave it to us.

Our Fridge & Freezer – loaded with Take Home Catering like Green Curry Chicken Pot Pie, Braised Beef Short Rib, Lentil + Squash Bobotie, South African Seed Bread... to name but a few. Check Instagram for what’s in stock

Scratch Food – Food that gives you a base to work from. For example, if you have a great dressing or marinade from the start, you can make great home cooked food without having to do all of the scratch work. We want to be able to provide you with those basics. All of our sauces, marinade, dressings, stocks, etc are sold by weight so you can take as much or as little as you like. Bring in your own container or get a jar from us.
